He sees himself as cheerful, positive, creative, persistent, dedicated, sometimes chaotic and communicative person, hwo is thursty for knowledge. Nevertheless one must know him to get an idea of Radek.

On 23rd June 2012 Radoslaw graduated from the University of Cologne becoming a Master of Science in Information Systems Management. During his studies he focused on bank management, quality management and electronic commerce. Radoslaw was always engaged to combine his knowledge he gathered during his study time with each task from different jobs he took up in the last few years. This methodology always led to very satisfactory outcomes, like his diploma thesis: "Strategic Development of mBanking Applications - An Exploratory Study on Trends in the banking industry from the provider's point of view". The thesis was honored with an A, so that at the moment Radoslaw is writing a paper which condenses the results of the thesis.

Radoslaw's expierence in this field goes back till 2008. During that time he was a young student who was interested in financial services, so he began an apprenticeship as an Insurance Professional. After finishing it in a very short time Radoslaw adviced private households in their financial affairs as a self-employed professional for nearby three years. After quitting this profession Radoslaw stayed interested in the financial markets. He worked at different places (eg. Bangalore, India) as market analyst and created forecast of the global mobile banking markets.

Since the beginning of 2010 Radoslaw belongs to the Board of the intercultural and non-profit association Polonica e.V., In 2010 this association was almost resolved and most members were not ready to do anything to change this situation, although Polonica is a very traditional association. This situation tempted Radoslaw to take some action and to do something, which seemed to be impossible. The new board managed th situation quite well, so that Polonica e.V. will organize at the end of the year its 20th ChansonFestival and the first festival since four years. Beyond the association's range of events never was as big as now.

In the period from the middle of 2011 to the middle of 2012 Radoslaw took over the leadership over the Cologne Runtime Errors - a soccer tem at the University of Cologne. From the beginning the device was to win, but not at any cost. Knowing that enforcing the victory would cause just the opposite, Radek decided to run the trainings more relaxed, even if their would be less structured. This strategy turned out to be the right one and the Cologne Runtime Errors won their first matches since a few years. They even chieved the 4th place out of 20 teams in a very tide match for the third place. On top of that Radoslaw remained member of the team adn coming goalkeeper.

Apart from the mentioned activities Radoslaw is always looking for some new challenges, business ideas or partners, who want to be successful and need ´someone they can rely on.

This keynote is y personal creed. A good physical shape causes self-confidence and is the basis for contentedness. On the other hand the soul needs challenges too, to broaden one's horizons, and to become balanced. Because just a contented and happy individual can persuasive and can motivate and inspire others.
